How it works!
1. Fill out the repair form correctly with your details.
2. Make sure to have backed up and saved your device data (if possible).
3. Once we receive your instruction to repair we will enter all your details into our system. This will generate a ticket number that you will receive by e-mail. You will receive instruction to send in your device for repair, you can then track your order by entering your order number on the ORDER TRACKING page of our website that we will link you to.
4. Once the repair is completed your device will be shipped by “Royal Mail 1st Class Signed for service” and our website will be updated with your tracking details.
