1. Fill out the unlocking form correctly with your details.

​2. Make sure to have backed up and saved your device data (if possible).

3. Once we receive your instruction to unlock we will enter all your details into our system. This will generate an invoice that you will receive by e-mail. You will receive instruction to pay, You can then track your order by entering your order number on the ORDER TRACKING page of our website that we will link you to.

4. Once the unlock is completed you will be notified by email
